General cancellation tips
Identify the charge first
Use our search bar to identify exactly which company is charging you before you try to cancel.
Check your email
Search your inbox for the company name — you likely signed up with an email and have a confirmation with a cancel link.
Check PayPal or Apple/Google Pay
Many subscriptions are billed through PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Cancel from the source — not just the app.
Contact your bank as last resort
If you cannot cancel through the company, call your bank and request a block on that merchant or dispute the charge.
Cancel before the renewal date
Most subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged again.
Screenshot your confirmation
Always screenshot the confirmation page. If they charge you again, you have proof of cancellation for a chargeback.

Netflix

1.Go to netflix.com and sign in
2.Click your profile icon → Account
3.Click "Cancel Membership"
4.Confirm cancellation
Spotify
SPOTIFY P or SPOTIFY PREMIUM
1.Go to spotify.com and sign in
2.Click your name → Account
3.Click "Change Plan" → scroll down
4.Click "Cancel Premium"
Amazon Prime
AMAZON PRIME or AMZN*PRIME
1.Go to amazon.com and sign in
2.Go to Account → Prime Membership
3.Click "Manage membership"
4.Click "End membership"
Apple Subscriptions
APPLE.COM/BILL
1.Open Settings on your iPhone
2.Tap your name → Subscriptions
3.Tap the subscription you want to cancel
4.Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Google / YouTube
GOOGLE*YOUTUBE or GOOGLE*ONE
1.Go to myaccount.google.com
2.Click Payments → Subscriptions
3.Find the subscription → click Manage
4.Click Cancel subscription
PayPal Subscriptions
PAYPAL * or PP*
1.Log in to paypal.com
2.Click the gear icon → Payments
3.Click "Manage automatic payments"
4.Select the merchant → Cancel
Adobe Creative Cloud
RECURLY*ADOBE or ADOBE SYSTEMS
1.Go to account.adobe.com
2.Click Plans → Manage Plan
3.Click Cancel Plan
4.Follow the steps — Adobe will try to keep you, stay firm
Disney+
DISNEY PLUS or DISNEY*
1.Go to disneyplus.com and sign in
2.Click your profile → Account
3.Click your subscription
4.Click "Cancel Subscription"
⚠️ If you were charged without consent
1. Call your bank immediately using the number on the back of your card
2. Tell them you want to dispute a charge and request a chargeback
3. Provide the date, amount, and merchant name
4. Ask them to block future charges from that merchant
5. Request a new card number to prevent future unauthorized charges
