Confirm Your Plex Pass Subscription

Log into your account at plex.tv and navigate to your subscription settings to verify that you have an active Plex Pass. The PLEX* charge on your statement corresponds to a premium Plex Pass subscription that unlocks advanced media server and streaming features.

Check Your Plex Billing History

Once signed into plex.tv, review your billing history to match the charge amount on your bank statement with your Plex Pass plan, whether it is a monthly, annual, or lifetime subscription. This will confirm the PLEX* charge is expected and accurate.

Review Devices Using Your Plex Account

Inside your Plex account settings at plex.tv, check the list of authorized devices and active sessions to make sure only your own devices are linked. If you spot any unrecognized devices, remove them immediately and update your Plex account password.

Cancel Plex Pass If No Longer Needed

If you no longer want to be charged the PLEX* fee, visit watch.plex.tv/account/sign-in to log in and manage your Plex Pass subscription. From there you can cancel the recurring billing to prevent future PLEX* charges from appearing on your bank statement.
