Log in to your account at viki.com and check whether you have an active Viki Pass subscription. The VIKI* charge on your statement corresponds to a paid Viki Pass plan that grants access to Korean, Chinese, and other Asian drama content on the Rakuten Viki platform.

Review Your Viki Pass Plan Details

Once logged in to viki.com, navigate to your account settings and review which Viki Pass tier you are subscribed to, the billing amount, and the renewal date. Make sure the charge amount on your bank statement matches the plan price listed in your Viki account.

Check for Multiple Viki Accounts
